Jeremy Schwartz, P.E., S.E., brings over 30 years of diverse engineering experience to Brentwood Solutions Group, spanning both the private and public sectors. A licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia, North Carolina, and California, and a licensed Structural Engineer in Arizona, Jeremy has a proven track record of executing complex projects—from residential forensic analysis to multi-million dollar infrastructure modernization.

His career includes founding a structural engineering firm where he oversaw design and inspection for projects exceeding $100 million, as well as serving as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. Notably, he managed $2.5 billion in emergency repairs for earthquake-damaged facilities, demonstrating his ability to lead high-stakes structural recovery efforts. Today, Jeremy applies this executive-level technical expertise to providing objective forensic investigations and structural solutions for insurers, attorneys, and property owners.
