Additions Certification – Lenders require proof that attached decks, porches, or room additions are structurally independent and do not rely on the home’s chassis for support.
First Permanent Location Verification – For FHA/VA eligibility, we inspect and certify that the home has never been relocated from its original installation site.
Retrofit Engineering – If a home fails the initial inspection, we provide sealed engineering repair plans so contractors can quickly bring the foundation up to code.
